One of the best winters of my life was spent in Telluride! I spent the winter of ’95 there doing a marketing internship with Telluride Ski and Golf company–skiing 100 days. Coming from the heartland of Indiana University, I was struck by the 14,000 foot mountains and the amazing amount of snow we got that year! I have been back to Telluride a couple of times since then and would recommend to anyone to put in on your top 5 list!
Recently Dave Riley took over the rains as the CEO. He started a blog that gives you an inside look at what decisions are made on a ski mountain, as well as some good images that make you want to be there. If you are into skiing or the ski industry you should totally check it out!

This truly a breath taking experience……

I was looking for blogs about telluride and found yours. I’m impressed with your site and pictures, my wifes hobby is photography so I bookmarked it for her. She will love it. Regarding Telluride, we love it and I make my way out from Indiana a few times a year. The famly is into mountaineering, skiing and all things Telluride. The beauty is outstanding and the people are unique. We now have friends there so the adventures never stop. Great site… Safe travels and thanks for sharing your life. Hoshaw
